A small village amidst greenery in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh is known for the world famous dance art from Kuchipudi. The art from has conquered hearts of people around the world but the living conditions of people still remains backward. This is due to the successive governments negligence. The poor and low income groups who live in and around Kuchipudi town have to make a fifty kilometre long journey to Vijayawada for medical treatment.
Moved by this fact, Siliconandhra founder Anand Kuchibhotla made up his mind to construct a 50 crore Sanjivani hospital to the people of his home town. The state government promised to contribute funds but there has been an immense and a long delay. TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash pitched in immediately to support the cause.
